This admin appointment slot is when your test request will be processed by our Admin team
IT IS NOT AN APPOINTMENT SLOT FOR YOU TO ATTEND.
IT IS NOT THE TIME TO EXPECT YOUR KIT DELIVERY.
Your purchase will only be reviewed during that slot time and postage will be processed immediately after your appointment slot. We advise that you book a slot that is at least 2 days before the date you intend to receive your kit.
The Home self-test kit will contain a prepaid delivery label to have this posted back to the laboratory.
3. Email Confirmation
You will get a confirmation email with:
Questionnaire to fill. This is mandatory and needs to be filled immediately after purchase. This will ask you details of your itinerary. The Admin team will need the information to process the kit. Without the filled questionnaire, your kit processing could be delayed.
